Zanatska zadruga — strojna obrada metala, izrada alata i rezervnih dijelova za staklarsku industriju te građevinski radovi
Kuna-gora, an artisan cooperative, is engaged in metal machining, tool manufacturing, and the production of spare parts for the glass industry, as well as construction work. It was founded in 1986 with the aim of uniting small craftsmen to collectively and organizedly enter the market.
The beginning of work for these craftsmen - cooperators was very difficult. Few had their own independent facilities. The work was carried out in converted garages, on old classic machines and a few semi-automatics. In such spaces, the production of spare parts and various assemblies began to meet the needs of the then glass factory 'Straža' from Hum na Sutli, now 'Vetropack Straža,' and all preparations were made for the manufacture and installation of various storage and production halls made of steel structures and similar projects.
In the meantime, the cooperators began constructing independent business facilities – workshops, to be better equipped with new technology and to focus on professional training.

Given the significant expansion of production spaces, equipping with the latest technology (a large number of machining centers, CNC and NC machines, construction machinery, etc.), and continuous professional development, today the cooperative, in addition to having a strong presence with its products and services in Vetropack Straža, also works for other glass factories in Europe (Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia).
In addition to the production of spare parts and accessories for glass machines and tool manufacturing, the cooperative has a significant share in construction work related to the construction and maintenance of various production facilities and supporting infrastructure. It is also important to mention the electrical installation work, mechanical work, facade work, roofing, sheet metal work, plumbing, and sewage work that we carry out on various residential and commercial buildings throughout Croatia.

At this moment, Kuna-gora, the artisan cooperative, has 29 registered cooperators of various trades with a total of 144 employees, and the cooperative's professional service consists of 6 employees. The professional service of the cooperative performs its function of coordinating between customers and cooperators very successfully, as evidenced by the constant increase in the number of cooperators and the growing number of new customers.
The employees of the cooperative's professional service, in addition to continuously monitoring the market demand for the products and services offered by the cooperative, work on preparing offers (independently or in collaboration with a cooperator), negotiating contracts, distributing the contracted work, managing all logistics tasks (procurement and delivery of materials, external services, etc.), coordinating between cooperators during the execution of work, and managing work orders from initial costs, invoicing of completed work, to financial settlement with the cooperators.
